Industrial Training refers to a program which aims to provide supervised practical training within a specified time frame. This training can be carried out either in government or in the private organizations which are recognized by the Government as Industrial training centers. The duration of course may vary from one year to two years depending upon trade opted.

ITI courses are the best way to learn any vocational skills. It is not necessary that everyone has to be a doctor or an IIT engineer. You can also be a technician or a mechanic and lead a successful and respectful social life. To beat unemployment, we must give equal dignity to all jobs and equip one with vocational skills. Every job has got its own sanctity and importance. No Job is less important than the other. It is our mental frame work that distinguishes jobs.

Take any product that is produced in this world from the smallest to the biggest you can see the hand of these persons in one stage or the other. So, it is very important and that we learn, promote, encourage and help individuals to learn vocational skills and make our country great.
